The law office of Douglas P. Radunz, P.A. is located at Suite 2410 Centre Village, 431 South Seventh Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415. For those familiar with downtown Minneapolis, the Centre Village building is the same building which contains the Embassy Suites Hotel. It is immediately behind the 701 building, and is across the street from the Lutheran Brotherhood building to the north and the Accenture Tower to the west. Centre Village is less than a block away from the Hennepin County Government Center. Centre Village is located on the Minneapolis skyway system. Centre Village has a public parking ramp which has an entrance at the corner of South Eighth Street and Fifth Avenue South.

When coming from the south, take Interstate 35W towards downtown using the Fifth Avenue South exit. After getting off the freeway, you will see the large "Centre Village" sign. After passing South Tenth Street and South Ninth Street, you will see the entrance to the parking ramp on your left after you cross South Eighth Street.

If you are coming from the north, take Interstate 35W south to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right on Washington going west, until you take a left turn at Fourth Avenue South which is a one-way going south. Proceed four blocks south and take a left turn on South Eighth Street, then another immediate left turn onto Fifth Avenue South. Keep in the left lane and you will see the Centre Village parking ramp.

When coming from the east, take Interstate 94 going west and get off on the South Fifth Street exit which takes you near the HHH Metrodome. You will follow South Fifth Street around the Metrodome, passing Chicago Avenue, Park Avenue, and Portland Avenue in that order. Turn left on Fourth Avenue South and continue two blocks until you hit South Eighth Street and turn left. Take another left on Fifth Avenue South and stay in the left lane where you will see the Centre Village parking ramp.

Coming from the west, from either Interstate 94 going east or Interstate 394 going east, look for the North Fourth Street exit. That will turn into South Fourth Street which you should take east, then turning right on Fourth Avenue South. Go approximately three blocks until you get to South Eighth Street, and make a left. Then make another immediate left onto Fifth Avenue South, at which point you will see the Centre Village parking ramp.

If you just need to drop off or pick up items at the Radunz law office without fighting the parking ramps or meters, call ahead and Julie (or other staff member) will meet you on street level.

Just follow the normal directions to our building (Centre Village) but go a little further on Fifth Avenue, beyond the parking ramp entry. Stay in the left lane and turn left onto South 7th Street for only one-half block. Take the very next left to go between the buildings (don't go to the lights!) and Julie will meet you near the door which reads "Centre Village Executive Office Suites." Please have a cell phone handy so you can tell Julie when to come down.
